If you register no later than Sunday, May 24, 2026, your name will be printed on your race number.

Changes to your registration can be made until registration closes on May 31, 2026.

*If you register to walk the half marathon, 100 DKK of the participation fee will go to charity. In 2026, the money will be donated to the Parkinson’s Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Brain Association.
It is also possible to donate to these organizations when registering.

Conditions for participation:

For the full and half marathon, runners and walkers must be at least 18 years old.

The time limit for the Tórshavn Marathon is 6 hours. This specifically means that on the marathon route, you must have reached Kaldbaksbotnur on the return leg before 17:00. If you do not manage this, a car will pick you up and drive you back to the finish area.

All runners and walkers must finish within 6 hours, i.e., by 19:00.

We strongly discourage anyone who cannot complete the distance within 6 hours from registering. Runners or walkers who do not meet the time limit will not appear on the results list and will not receive a medal.

By registering, all participants in the full and half marathon accept the following:

My participation is at my own risk, and I confirm that neither the organizers nor the sponsors can be held responsible if anything happens to me during the race.
I confirm that I am healthy and physically fit to participate.
The year of birth I have provided is correct, and I understand that I cannot give my race number to anyone else.

If I am unable to participate, I am not entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
