TórshavnMarathon 2026 will be held on 7 June 2026 at 13pm.

All runners will start at the same time, at 13 pm in Tórshavn City Center (Vágsbotn).

1/2 marathon walkers will start at 13 pm in the village of Kaldbak. Busses will shuttle the walkers to Kaldbak from the busterminal at Tórshavn harbour. Busses leave at 12.30.

Number Pickup

Racepackage with bib number, chip for timing and t-shirt can be picked up at Perlan (address 3 Tórsgøta, 100 Tórshavn).

12:00 Storage for clothes and belongings opens in city center.

13:00 The race starts in Vágsbotn. Everyone starts at the same time. Marathonrunners and halfmarathonrunners in the front, shorter distances in the back.

13.00 Walkers start walking in Kaldbak

13:20 First 5km runners finish.

13:45 First 10km runners finish.

14:15 First halfmarathonrunners finish.

15:00 Medal ceremony for halfmarathonrunners.

15:30 First marathon runners finish.

15:45 First walkers finish.

17:00 Medal ceremony for marathonrunners.

Everyone has to pass the finishline at 19.00 at the latest.
